A membership network, not a marketplace

The RV network where arrival just works.

Members are verified once a year and travel deposit-free across the network. Resorts fill long-term sites with pre-vetted members, get paid by the program, and never carry tenancy risk.

For RVers

Join once, then just travel.

One background check a year clears you network-wide, one refundable $500 deposit held by the program is the only deposit you ever set, and the network lights up wherever you go. It feels like a passport and a club, not a reservation form.

One check a year

Verified by Campers Reserve, valid network-wide. No park re-runs its own check, you are already known at every gate.

One $500 deposit

Set one refundable $500 deposit when you join, held by the program for as long as your membership is active, never per park. It covers you across the whole network and is refunded when you leave, minus any park fees.

Travel that just happens

Member rates at partner resorts and an arrival that simply works. You are already known, already covered.

For resorts

Fill long-term sites, carry no risk.

Subscribe and fill your long-term sites with pre-vetted members. The money is guaranteed because the occupancy is with the program, not the guest. You never chase a deposit, and you never face an eviction.

Damage covered, no tenancy risk

If a site is damaged, you are reimbursed from the member's $500 deposit held by the program. Stays end by non-renewal with notice, never by eviction.

Guaranteed payment

The program collects from the member and pays you. Members arrive already covered, so there is no deposit to chase.

Pre-vetted members

Every member is background-checked and verified network-wide. You read the verification instead of running your own.

Simple, flat pricing

Two simple ways to pay. One flat model.

Members pay one yearly rate. Resorts pay a flat monthly subscription, no per-booking fee ever and never a percentage of rent.

How we compare

A membership network, not a discount card

Questions

How the network works

Do resorts ever have to evict a member?

No. Occupancy stays with Campers Reserve under a program agreement, not a lease between the resort and the camper. A month-to-month stay ends by non-renewal with notice — never by eviction.

How does deposit-free travel work?

You set one refundable $500 deposit held by the program, network-wide, never per-park. With that one deposit in place, you do not pay a separate deposit at any individual park gate, so you travel the whole network deposit-free on one membership.

What does verification involve?

Joining includes an annual background check, and it is part of the $75 yearly membership. Once you pass, you are cleared across every partner resort for the year — no re-vetting from park to park.

Where is Campers Reserve available?

We are launching across the Dallas-Fort Worth corridor and signing up members and partner resorts now. Join as a member to lock in your card, or list your resort to fill long-term sites with pre-vetted guests.
