How a partner stay works, start to finish

1. Publish your rules

Set your rates, site types, photos, and RV fit requirements in the partner portal. Your park shows up in the network with the terms you choose, and bad-fit requests get filtered out before they reach you.

2. A member reserves through Campers Reserve

A verified member picks dates, chooses a site, and pays Campers Reserve. You receive a confirmed, qualified stay record. No raw lead to chase, and no deposit to collect.

3. You host the fixed stay

The member stays only for the daily, weekly, or monthly term they booked. Their one refundable $500 deposit is held by the program, network-wide, so there is nothing for you to hold. If a stay is not a fit to continue, you decline renewal through the program. You never evict.

4. Close out and get paid

The stay closes, both sides can leave a review, and the program pays you the full stay invoice for those dates. Your cost is the flat monthly subscription, no per-booking fee ever and never a percentage of rent.

When do we get paid?

Who holds the occupancy?

Campers Reserve does, under a program agreement. The camper's stay is with the program, not a lease with your park. That is what keeps tenancy and eviction risk off your books.

What happens if a site is damaged?

Every member passes an annual background check, and their one refundable $500 deposit held by the program is tied to their membership. Damage is documented at close-out and handled through the program, so you are not negotiating directly with the camper.

How is non-renewal different from eviction?

A stay is month-to-month and ends by non-renewal with notice. If a member is not a fit to continue, you decline the next term through the program workflow. There is no eviction process, no court filing, and no one to remove by force.

What does the membership card do for us?
